Development consisting of demolition of existing industrial buildings and creation of no.6 dwelling houses with associated private and communal access and landscaping at Whitehall Works, Grays. The contemporary read of traditional design features creates proposal sympathetic addition to the local area.

Noise constraints, established while analysing the area, resulted in innovative approaches in providing sufficient ventilation of the dwellings - bespoke openable wall panels behind acoustic sheeting have been introduced to minimise the incoming noise, while providing sufficient fresh air to the dwellings. To further respond to the established constraint, special acoustic fencing & MVHR systems have also been introduced.
