Proposed extension over the entrance to the existing car park in order to provide 4 flats together with alterations to car and cycle parking combined with proposed roof extension, dormers and bay window extension over existing building to provide 8 flats and changes to external materials as approved under reference RU.19/0100, and in association with conversion of original office building to residential flats under prior approval granted under RU.18/1469, to provide a total of 37 flats.
